A 32 story, Type I, 97 unit luxury residential mixed-use tower.

San Diego, CA

 

The Project consists two  mixed-use towers of 31 and 32 stories comprised of approximately 618 residential units including indoor and outdoor amenity space, 11,361 square feet of street-level retail space, and one level of above grade parking and six levels of below grade parking.

Juhl Mixed-Use

Las Vegas, NV

 

Type 1A  644,124 SF multi-dwelling, mixed use building.  The stepped-multi-level residential building consists of a fifteen-story high-rise portion, a nine-story mid-rise portion, seven-and six story portions, and sixth-level recreational courtyard over a five-story parking garage located in the central portion of the building.

1050 B Affordable Housing

San Diego, CA

Type 1A 23- Story 256,490 SF mixed-use residential project with ground floor retail/commercial space.  The project included 229 affordable rental residential units, composed of studios,1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom flats and ground floor retail spaces.  The parking is 3 levels of parking below grade to accommodate 122 spaces, and various utility rooms.

City Walk

Marina District

109 unit, Type III modified five story condominium project with live/work units.  

One Mission Ave

Oceanside, CA

Project Management of the entitlements for 5 city blocks of mixed-use development in the City’s downtown core.  The site was within the local costal area and was bisected by the railroads.  This was an extremely complicated project to manage that included multiple community workshops, working with adversarial community members, city presentations, and designing a well thought-out project with significant design limitations governed by the City, Redevelopment, and Costal Commission. The project is currently entitled for 231 residential units, 137 hotel units, 50,000 sf of commercial space and 850 parking spaces.  The buildings range from 4 stories to 8 stories.  

 

Deborah served as Project Manager with City Mark Development.

Broadway Lofts 

San Diego, CA

An 84 unit 12 story Type I high-end apartment refurbish.  This project is located in downtown San Diego.  The units were to be refurbished in a hip loft feel.  Remodel. 

 

Deborah served as Project Architect/Consultant for M.W. Steele Group from schematic design through construction. Client - Aimco
